Every photo your phone takes carries a hidden record: the camera model, the exact second it was captured, and in most default configurations the GPS coordinates of where you were standing. Post that photo to a forum, send it to a buyer, or attach it to a listing, and you have published your location without knowing it. Location comes first, because it is the field that actually matters. If the photo has coordinates, they are shown immediately with a plain warning rather than buried in a table of forty tags. The removal is genuinely lossless, which most tools cannot claim. Instead of re-saving your photo through a canvas — which does strip metadata but re-encodes and degrades the image every time — this rewrites the JPEG or PNG container and deletes only the metadata segments, leaving the compressed picture data byte-for-byte identical. And rather than simply claiming success, the tool re-scans the cleaned file and only reports 'verified clean' when a fresh read of the output confirms nothing identifying survived.
