01What resolution should I choose?

72 DPI matches the page's on-screen size and is fine for previews. 150 DPI is the everyday choice — sharp on any display and still a reasonable file size. 300 DPI is print resolution: use it when the image will be printed or when you need to read fine text after zooming.

02Can I convert only certain pages?

Yes. Leave the Pages field empty to convert everything, or enter a range like 1-3, 5, 8-10 to pick exactly what you need.

03Should I pick JPG or PNG?

JPG for scanned documents and pages with photographs — it is much smaller. PNG for pages that are mostly text, line art, diagrams, or screenshots, because lossless compression keeps edges crisp and often produces a smaller file than JPG for flat content.

04How do I download every page at once?

Convert, then click Download all as ZIP. Every page is bundled into a single archive named after your PDF, so you never have to approve a dozen separate downloads.

05Why is a very large page rendered smaller than I asked?

Browsers refuse to allocate a canvas beyond a fixed pixel limit. Rendering a poster-sized page at 300 DPI would exceed it, so the tool caps the scale rather than silently producing a blank image. Lower the DPI if you need the full page at a predictable size.

06Can it convert a password-protected PDF?

No. Encrypted PDFs cannot be opened for rendering, so you will need to remove the password in a PDF reader first.

07Are my files uploaded?

No. Rendering uses pdf.js inside your browser, so the document never leaves your device — which matters, because the PDFs people convert to images are usually contracts, statements, and ID scans.
