Delete & Reorder PDF Pages

A scanned document comes back with the pages in the wrong order, a report has three pages you cannot send to the client, or a contract needs its appendix moved to the front. Our free tool to delete pages from pdf files handles all of it in one pass: rearrange what stays, remove what does not, and save once.

Every page is shown as a thumbnail with a badge marking its position in the finished document, so you are arranging the actual output rather than guessing. Deletions grey the page out instead of discarding it, so nothing is lost until you save and any removal can be undone. A reverse-order button flips a whole document in one click — useful for scans that came off the feeder backwards.

The rebuild copies pages wholesale into a new PDF, which means content streams, fonts, embedded images, annotations, and per-page rotation all move across untouched. Nothing is re-rendered and no quality is lost, unlike tools that rasterise pages to move them.

Everything runs locally with pdf-lib, so the document is never uploaded — which matters, because the files people reorder are usually contracts, statements, and reports.
